vIQtori SMS messages are limited to transactional, informational, operational, authentication, parental consent, security, and account-related communications. Consent is optional.

- Message types: account notifications, authentication and security verification codes, parent/guardian consent requests and reminders, operational alerts, platform status notifications, and other transactional or informational communications directly related to use of the Service.
- Message frequency: varies based on account activity and use of the platform.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any vIQtori message.
- Help: reply HELP or INFO, or contact support@viqtori.com.
- Carrier notice: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of Mobile Information
No mobile information, phone numbers, SMS consent data, or text messaging opt-in information will be sold, rented, shared, transferred, disclosed, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent records may include the date and time of consent, consent language presented, IP address, device information, and source of consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services, comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, or fulfill services specifically requested by the user.
